What we collect
- Account & billing data — your name, email, and subscription details, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Knowledge-base content — the help-center pages you point Glassdesk at are crawled, indexed, and stored so the agent can answer from them.
- Ticket metadata — for each ticket Glassdesk processes we log metadata (ticket id, category, confidence, outcome, cost). Ticket message content is stored only if you opt in; the default is metadata-only.
- Helpdesk credentials — API tokens you connect are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: answering your customers' tickets from your content, showing you analytics, and billing your subscription. We do not sell your data and we do not train AI models on your data.
Subprocessors
Glassdesk runs on: Anthropic (LLM processing), Voyage AI (text embeddings), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Render and Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.
Retention & deletion
Data is retained while your account is active. On cancellation, you can request deletion of your knowledge-base index and conversation logs at any time by emailing us; we delete within 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
