Terms of Service

1. The service
Glassdesk is an AI customer-support agent that integrates with your helpdesk (currently Gorgias) and drafts or sends replies to customer tickets based on your own knowledge-base content. AI-generated replies can be wrong; the shadow-mode and draft workflows exist so you can supervise output, and you are responsible for the replies your account sends to your customers.
2. Trials, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. The 14-day free trial requires a card and converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Plan volume bands (AI resolutions per month) work as described on the pricing page; exceeding a band never creates an unrequested charge on Starter or Growth.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to your knowledge-base content and customer data. You grant us the limited license needed to crawl, index, and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to share the content you connect.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Glassdesk to send spam or unlawful content, attempt to breach or overload the service, or resell it without our agreement.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may improve or modify features; material pricing changes will be notified in advance.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiStarDev LLC's total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Georgia.
