Your AI agent is only as good as the docs underneath it

Most AI support agents underperform for a boring reason: the knowledge base they read from is thin, contradictory, or full of half-finished template text nobody ever filled in. We audit yours, fix it, configure the agent against it, and then prove — on your real tickets — what it can and cannot resolve.

RANK #1 — WRONG ARTICLE

Why we know this is the problem. The first time we crawled a help centre belonging to a store that had never heard of us, our indexer swallowed 20,000 characters of unfilled vendor templates — and because that text is semantically a returns policy, it outranked the merchant's real 30-day article on exactly the questions it answered wrongly:

Customer: "How do I return something?"
Top-ranked source: "Returns must be initiated within [x days]…
expedited shipping is available for [$X]…"

A page with nothing to say had become the loudest voice on refunds. We found it, fixed our crawler, and wrote it up. It is not a rare case — it is what a live help centre looks like from the inside.

What you get

Crawl + audit report

Every reachable article indexed, with a written list of broken and empty pages, unfilled templates, articles that contradict each other, and the topics your customers ask about that have no article at all.

Knowledge-base remediation

Up to 20 articles rewritten, restructured or newly drafted in your voice, delivered as text you publish.

Glassdesk configured

Connected to your Gorgias, knowledge base ingested, confidence threshold and escalation rules set, shadow mode on so nothing reaches a customer until you say so.

Eval run on your tickets

Around 15 real tickets, chosen together with you on a call so they cover the questions you actually get — including the awkward ones. Each is scored against your policy, every wrong answer itemised rather than averaged away.

Deflection estimate

A written, honest read on what share of your Tier-1 volume the agent can resolve at your confidence bar — and what it can't. A range with its limits, not a false decimal place.

Handover call

60 minutes, recorded, walking through the report.

What's not included

Fixed-price work only stays fixed-price if the edges are stated. So:

If your help centre is nearly empty, say so on the call. Then this is mostly drafting rather than auditing, and 20 articles may be a starting set rather than a fix. We'd rather scope it properly up front than take the money and disappoint you — so that conversation happens before you pay, not after.

Honest pricing notes

Book one

We're taking a small number of these while we're building our first case studies, which is the honest reason the price is what it is. Tell us four things and we'll reply ourselves, within a day — with whether an audit is worth it for you, including when we think it isn't. If we're full, we'll say so and put you on the list for next month.

No Calendly, no SDR — this goes straight to the founder. Prefer email? hello@getglassdesk.com works too.

Got it — we'll reply within a day.
A human (the founder, specifically) will read this and tell you straight whether an audit is worth it for your store. Nothing is charged and nothing is scheduled until we've talked.
